Q. Do I need physical surveyors to use your solution?
No. We want to maximise the resources you already have at your disposal. Your current team members can conduct the inspections.
Q. Do I need to sign up to an annual contract?
Signing up to an annual contract will give you a 10% discount but you can also sign on a monthly contract.
Q. What happens if my claim is not settled?
You can assign your claim to be handled by a recovery agent at the same rate as provided by the system.
Q. How secure is your platform?
We use the most recent techhnologies and best practices to ensure the safety of your data with us.
Q. Which temptale providers are you integrated with?
We are currently integrated with DeltaTrak. We are in talks with a host of others. If you would like us to integrate with anyone in particular, let us know.
Q. How do you prevent my cases from time bar?
Our system has been built around the various international conventions. Besides an automate letter of protest, we also issue time related warnings to ensure your claim never time bars.
